If the Goods are Damaged...
...a claim must be filed by you with the transportation company.
When shipments leave our Gplawn.com Warehouse, they are received by the carrier in perfect condition. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
Do not accept damaged goods! Notify UPS who will certify to damage and advise you regarding the claim.
If damage is concealed - not noticed until goods are unpacked - report this immediately to UPS. They will assist you in filing a "concealed damage" claim.
All goods repaired or replaced as the result of damage in shipment will be at your expense - your reimbursement for this work will be by UPS only if a claim is filed - by you.
