Sprinkler System Maintenance Terms and Conditions

1. SERVICES PROVIDED 

Rain Inc. is responsible for scheduling of all services as stated in this document. All products used in your sprinkler system by Systematic Rain Inc. are installed according to manufacturer's directions by certified, trained personnel.  

2. PAYMENT TERMS 

After each service, Systematic Rain Inc. will leave a copy of the work performed along with other information on your door. You will receive an invoice in the mail. Terms are “net due upon receipt” from date of invoice. A 2% service charge + late fees will be added to all unpaid amounts after 30 days. Prepayment is required for Service Contracts. A Thirty dollar ($30.00) fee will be charged for any Returned checks.

3. GUARANTEE 

Systematic Rain Inc. guarantees your complete satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the results of any service, please call our office within 15 days following said service and we will perform a free service call. 

4. SERVICE CALLS 

If you have a concern with your sprinkler system, please call or email our office "right away". If one of our certified technicians is not readily available, we will return your call! If we cannot answer your concern via telephone or email, we will gladly schedule a service call.  In the event that I am not home for a scheduled visit, and the technician cannot perform the service, I agree to pay the cost of a return service call.

5. EXCLUSIONS 

Reduced labor rates do not apply to major remodeling of the system, additions, repairs and/or modifications after installation of other products, any damages caused by others, pumps or pump related controls, any pre-existing repairs including FREEZE DAMAGE, repairs after initial irrigation audit for new clients, any other services performed besides on sprinkler system. New controller is excluded from warranty unless covered by original manufacturer warranty. 

6. OTHER SERVICES 

Systematic Rain Inc. provides a variety of services to help protect and enhance the beauty of your landscape. Complimenting lawn sprinkler services, we also offer Lawn Services.

7. CONTINUING YEAR-TO-YEAR SERVICE 

This Contract is for an initial twelve (12) month agreement unless otherwise noted. Therefore, the Service Agreement Plan will continue on a yearly basis unless a fifteen (15) day written notice is given by either party. Systematic Rain Inc. reserves the right to revise the service charges after the initial twelve (12) month period. There will be no refunds of payment.

8. How to CHANGE or DISCONTINUE Service 

This agreement may be discontinued by either party at any time. You may discontinue any service by sending us email or by calling us. To change your service please call our office and speak to our service representative or email a written notice authorizing the change in service.
