| For Spring Startup, I will install the blow-out plug, turn the water on in the basement, and leave access to the controller if I'm not home. |

| For Fall Winterization, I will turn the water off in the basement, and i will leave the plug in until i get home, then i will drain the line when i get home, and i will leave access to the controller if I'm not home. |

| Appointment times for Spring Start-Ups & Winterizations are every 1/2 hour, please choose a time that you would like, and we try to accommodate it. |

| Cancelation fee's ($50.00) will be applied, if we are NOT notified by you, (the customer) or you forget the appointment. You hereby agree to this. Please note that we will not provide any service if this is not agreed upon. We will verify all times with you 1st. |
